Kid Rock - Rocks Detroit in his 40th


Kid Rock was on Detroit for a concert and took on stage to sing the most fitting tune: "Birthday" by the Beatles. Detroit, being Rock’s hometown, fans was not disappointed last Saturday night as Kid Rock brought in some special guests to celebrate with him his 40th birthday.

The special birthday concert held at Ford Field, known as the city’s downtown NFL stadium, was field with more than 45,000 tickets sold out in just 19 minutes for this event in honor of the man born Robert Ritchie.

Uncle Kracker joined Kid Rock on stage early in the show as they sing "Good To Be Me." Talk show hosts Conan O'Brien and Jay Leno appeared on two oversized video screens on either side of the stage in taped messages wishing their friend a happy birthday and greeting Detroit to ROCK.
